Default help with a od xda mini s

Hey folks, question for you.

Is there anyway a xda mini s will work with a "3 UK" 3g sim card. When i put the sim card in it just read "invalid sim card". I know the mini isn't 3g but i also know that you can run a 3 sim card on 2.5g ie in a nokia 6600.

Would reflashing the rom and taking o2 software of this work for instance?

Thanks guys

ally

The phones probably locked to 02. You may need to get it unlocked.

I'm not sure it would work with 3 your best bet would be to check on the XDA-developers website.
