WhichPDA/Phone that will also cope with my in car system

I have a Compaq 3850 PDA which I have dropped and damaged beyond repair. It syncs to Outlook on my PC.
I currently use a Nokia 6310i Phone with a Vodaphone SIM and this is regularly in service in my car which has a full TV/Comms system with GPS etc.
I could just replace my PDA or I could go for a Phone/PDA device such as a Blackberry but it must be able to sync to Outlook and it must work in the car system which is a BMW system.

Which way should I go?
