PDA Newbie

Please can anyone advise, new to PDAs and most of it goes over my head.....

I want a PDA (Ebay bargain!! if poss) that will give me if poss:-

1) Wifi internet & email
2) GPS with sat nav stuff
3) basic MS apps such as word, excel etc
4) mobile that will connect with PAYG Virgin

Please can anyone advise what I should be looking for, wanting to pay peanuts but not end up being the proverbial monkey if I buy something duff.
