Default TomTom/XDA Mini S, G.P.S. Problem

Hi All.
This is my problem.... I have an "XDA Mini S" A good smart phone but no longer supported by.... well... anyone . I also have a "TomTom Bluetooth External GPS Aerial" (It works well with my Nokia N95, but I can't download O/S Maps to my N95).
I have downloaded my "Memory Map O/S maps to my XDA Mini S. and they all look fine. When I try to "Setup" the link between the XDA and the Aerial... The XDA will pick up the "TomTom Wireless GPS" in the Bluetooth devices menu. But when I go into, "Memory MapPocket Nav OS 5 - Menu - GPS - Setup - .... I get a list which doesnot include "TomTom". There is "None, Navman,NMEA,Garmin,Magellan and SiRF. I have tried these and can't get the two devices to "Talk to one another....
Does any one know how I can achieve this. "TomTom say I need to talk to the manufacturer of the other device, And they say "We don't support the item any more" (They were damn keen to get my money out of me when they did though, and a little "after sales service" would not go amiss... but that is life).

Many thanks folks...
Tim H.

You will need to create a port on the XDA, then in the software choose NEMA and select the port created.

There are guides on the forum if you search - dispite being aimed at Tomtom, they will apply to you too.

Thanks Surfers. Com port 7 is incoming. And it detects the "TomTom" with a question Mark. But that is as far as I can get.
