SDIO WIFI Help

Apologies if this has been asked before, or posted in the wrong place.

I am trying to find out if my Medion mdppc250 will accept and use a SDIO WIFI card.

I have tried contacting Medion via email and it looks like a 3-4 day wait for a reply.

I have searched all over the net which has led me to this forum.

Any help would be great.
