Looking for BIG KEY freeware ??

Hi, my SPV M1000 can be used to phone and text. The phone keys on screen are fine, they're big enough for me to use, but when i try to text, the keys are tiny !! - i just want to be able to use it with my fingers (without the stylus).

Is there any freeware (i have looked quite a bit), which will allow me to use large keys (full screen, even) especially whilst texting ?
