Problem Sending Texts

hi guys first post.. but i have a problem i have a qtek 9100.... imate k jam..

every time i send a text i have a error box pop up from the signal and it says
phone busy please try again in 15 seconds

the rom is 3/9/06 would this have anythng to do with it or will it fix the problem if i update

hi sorry to double post but found i cant recieve texts either????

It doesnt look like your test message settings are correct you'd be best speaking to your network as they can give you the settings or send them direct to your phone.
