internet on pda

hi everyone im new here so i apoligise if im in the wrong section. im getting a pda next week and i dont know a few things which id like to..such as, how do you use the internet on them? im getting one with bluetooth, i also have a bluetooth adapter on my pc could i connect via that? or how else could it be done?
