PDA with IR, WIFI and Phone

I'm looking for a PDA with IR so it can be used as a remote control, and also space for a simcard and preferably integrated WIFI.

GPS would be an added bonus however not at all needed.

Looking for something second hand/off ebay really to keep the budget down. Would like to spend upto about £100.

Slightly.

Personally I wouldnt buy PDA from ebay given the horror stories people post here when seeking help with defective units.
