Default SD Card v Ipaq File Storage - Which one is better ??

OK,

Being the organised person that i am i want to keep all my files in the same place.
I have installed all my 3rd party software such as:
Vbar, TOMTOM3, AgendaFusion on my 256Mb SD card.

Will it be alot slower than if i put it all on the ipaq File Storage??.

I have heard files run slower on SD cards ,but will it make much difference??

any help would be appreciated.

Basically what i am trying to say is. Where is the best place to put all my programs.
i currently have :
TomTom3
ChekPOInt
cLaunch
vBar
Agenda Fusion
all installed

I would install the applications like tomtom onto the main memmory of the PDA and any the map files onto the ipaq file store. I am not 100% on it but i would imagine that the iPAQ file store can be read alot faster than a memory card.

I have TomTom V5 and have tried putting the program in the main memory and in the file store (hx4700) and it made no difference to speed. Having it on the SD card made it a little slower

All the maps are on the SD card ... as are most of my other programs
