TTG 500 V card reader & 2nd 512mb SD card

TTG 500 V card reader & 2nd 512mb SD card

I have loaded the ttg with cd. I tried to load a 512mb card but it is not recognised, it works with ttg to computer but not the other way round.
The screen on ttg card being rejected with red cross.
Can't go any further, I'm stumped, can anyone help please.
