4Gb Mini SD Card

Has anybody tried a 4gb mini SD card ? I've only found one US company selling them, but on closer view of their sales picture I'm not 100% it's genuine or perhaps I'm being too cynical.

Many current devices won't support more than 2gb at this time.

I just spoke with Palm and Verizon about a 4gb card for my Treo 650. I was advised to not exceed a 2gb until they test the 4.

i never saw sd 4gb..but for usb i know.
its still scarce..am i right?
