Email/internet on ipaq 3715

I have an IPAQ 3715 and a motorola v525 mobile and I want to surf the net and collect emails from my freeserve account. i would like to use the GPRS and bluetooth. Anyone know how or where to get the info. I missed the PDAEssentials Email issue and i cant get a back copy. Was it good for the info?

Contact your network provider to make sure you have GPRS enabled on your SIm/Phone and to get the dial settings required.
