Angry HP6340 with O2 GPRS

Hello

Has anyone managed to get this combination working ?

o2 have sent me their default settings and I can get the ipaq to (apparently) connect. However, I can't access any web pages - they just seem to time out.

When I run self test, it pings an IP address (which appears to be different from the one I entered via connection settings) but the requests then time out.

HP are saying it's all down to o2....and o2 say it's not down to them as they don't officially support this PDA !

Welcome to our forums.
I've never used this combo but if O2 are saying they don't support the handset then theres not much hope unless someone else has it working and can provide the settings they used?

thanks Charlie, I've gone over to Virgin !

It would be helpful if HP supplied a list of SPs which the 6340 will work with !

Your welcome.
I think it's probably better the other way around. The iPAQ should be compatible with anyone who desires to support it as it simply operates as a GSM device like all others.
Hope you have better luck with Virgin.
