k750 and tungsten

Hi

I have a tungsten T that has worked well with the T610 for gprs etc. I recently upgraded to the Sony k750i and downloaded the latest phonelink update.

Pairing the two devices is fine and I can use the dialer (via the k700 driver). Problem is when I try to connect using gprs.

I get signing on - but doent get to established connection. I suspect it may be a phone setting.

Any ideas on a) resolving this problem, b) if buying a lifedrive will rectify it, c) or...an Axim???

Please help...out of the comms business big time!!!
