help please, internet trouble

please can you help, i have a dell x5 pda with bluetooth, im trying to connect it to the internet and email through my vodafone mobile sony ericsson k750i i have downloaded the vodafone connect me software from the vodafone site, but i get two error messages saying "cannot create a file when that file already exsists", and also it says "ras error" does anyone know what the problem is. thanks a lot.
