Thumbs down Ipaq 4150 and Motorola V635

I have been trying to connect my Ipaq with the V635 via GPRS so that I can try the Tomtom Plus service whilst it is free for a month.

After searching the internet and spending a hour on the phone with O2 I am no further on. I have looked at the settings on this forum but I am on contract and the settings given by O2 are totally different.

When I try to connect I get a message saying "unknown device or error" although it does attemp to connect in the first instance.

Has anyone got any suggestions as to how I can make the connection please?

Thanks,

Andy

Pair the 2 devices first. Then use the BT phone manager (if not installed should be on the Ipaq CD).

Not all phone models are there, if not you'll need to use the updater, and if still no joy use the nearest model to yours. It'll do all the config for you.
