Could I get a refund?

I bought (in February... 2005) a Holux CR100 which has decided not to work with my Dell Axim X30. I went through many loops with Holux (and sort of Total PDA) support with no success.

I have tried to get a refund through emailing support but found it very difficult to find a working email address and I am still waiting the refund despite having sent the goods a LONG time ago.

I have now spent almost an hour on the phone trying to get through support...

Could someboy give me a way to get this refund organised, please?

You have my money and your PDA and I don't think this is correct
Could you at least answer?
I suspect prospective customers would like to know how you are likely to treat them...
