purchase of toshiba e740?

I am about to buy a toshiba e740 pda with wi fi and gps reciever.

It has tom tom 5 installed on it, with speed camera alerts.

It is running on windows 2003, which i have looked at posts on this forum saying that toshiba were not offering windows mobile 2003 update for this model, has this changed?

it also has word,excell,powerpoint, games etc.

all this for £200

is this a good deal.

I am mainly interested in the sat nav side, any advice???
