iPaq and TOM TOM bluetooth

I have an iPaq 6340 with TomTom 3 bluetooth. I have to say that they are abysmal together. I commonly have to rest the iPaq up to 4 times to coax it into life with the tomtom. Has anyone else experienced these difficulties? Tom Tom won't answer my requests for support.

i have a 6340 and im useing a tomtom wireless gps mk2 and not having any probs and TT5 change to TT5

This is a common problem with the early tomtoms, you need tomtom 5,then do the free upgrade to 5.21
