Default Hardwire GPS into fusebox / Batteries / Simultaneous B/Tooth Connections

Just an idea.

I don't want my cigarette lighter being used up in my car, and was wondering if there is anyone who has, or knows of any kit that can be bought to hardwire a GPS kit into the fusebox.

I know that it is possible with a radar detector, but was wondering if anyone has done it?

Or the same note, I am thinking of getting TomTom 5 on my Qtek 9100, the prescribed battery life is 10 hours, has anyone used TomTom 5 on this device without a powersupply? If so, how long does it last?

With the same device, is it possible to have two bluetooth connections at the same time? I was hoping to use my HS-4W whilst using a Bluetooth GPS receiver.

Any help much appreciated!

Many cradles come with a hardwiring solution and instructions as you require.

any chance of a recommendation for a cradle?

I actually want a good one, rather than just settling for a piece of sun-standard rubbish!
