Garmin 3600 voice commands

Recently purchased an ique3600 without manuals. The unit itself has some map coverage on it. When I start the GPS and start my journey I get no voice commands. The map moves and I get the written instructions, but no voice. Any help appreciated

Got myself a setup CD and the voice installation file was there.....
