hi hoping someone can help we are goiong to france tomorrow and are trying to get the map of france on the tom tom 500 go but when we put in the activation code it keeps tellling us that it not a valid code

Try entering the Product Code, which came with your disks.

Usually as long as you leave a map on that you have already done and add the french one it should not lneed validating too,

so leave the working one on, and add the french one as a second map, should work then. Not sure thouhg but thats what i have seen mentioned on various forums
