Medion Mdppc250 Sat Nav

HELLO,COULD ANYONE TELL ME WHAT SAT NAV SOFTWARE WOULD WORK ON A MEDION MDPPC250, THINK ITS RUNNING WINDOWS CE .
CAME WITH TOMTOM 3,NOW WELL OUT OF DATE, INSTALLED TOMTOM 6 WITH NEW MAPS, THATS NOW ABOUT 4 YEARS OUT OF DATE,TRIED SYGIC McGUIDER ON IT BUT IT DONT LIKE IT AND KEEPS CRASHING.
so what are my options ?? lots of software out there its a mine field,so what would run happy on it,note max storage on sd is 2gb (well 1.7gb acording to properties) and is there a way to make it accept larger sd cards, thats a long shot. cheers for any help.
