charging my pda via solar panel

Hi, This is the first time ive ever posted a thread so bear with me please !!

Can anyone help me with charging my H/P pda,Ive connect my pda upto a solar panel charger which is compatable with my unit ,Once connected up and with full sun on the panels my charge light indicator starts flashing as though it is charging but,when i go to check on the battery level indicator it doesnt seem to be charging at all,

Any ideas!!!

Solar chargers take an age to work.

Try changing from/to USB fast charging when you click the battery on the today screen
