No Program Memory....Help!

I have just tried to install an SDIO onto my HP IPAQ 5700 only it didnt work so I uninstalled the program. Now that I have put my regular SD card back in my device keeps telling me I have "no program memory" and will not let me run my calander or contacts nor will it sync with my PC. I have tried a soft reset but this has made no difference.

Advice please!!!
