Default What if not Outlook...

Hi there everyone,
I have just purched the HP 214 after using Palm TX for a very long time. To my surprise the HP didn't come with the Organiser/Calendar/Contact software that, like the Palm I had, could be synchronised viewed and edited on the desk PC. It offers synchronising with Outlook instead. The problem is, that although I do use Vista I do not have Outlook and do not intend to buy it.

Could you suggest any software taht would be somehow similar? Preferably free, but if you have tried something that you have paid for that's just fine for me.

I would greately appreciate all the sugesstions.

All the best
Kuzyn Elmo

The 214 is designed to work with outlook.

I havent seen anything else that would work this on vista.

If you are a student or have a student in the family you can get a student version of microsoft office for about £40 which contains outlook.

Personally I think HP should supply the necessary desktop software - but they dont
