New hp ipaq 111

Hello i am new to pdas and this forum. I have many many questions about my new device. First i have a question about syncing when i use the microsoft sink it takes forever to sync it up. I dont really have much yet to sink since i got it yesturday. But it seems to just take forever! What could be wrong? Another question my blue tooth is a little wacky i dont get it. I get it connected but when i go to the bluetooth manager in windows mobile 6 and go to active connections it has nothing whats with that. Also i want to make my verizion envy to into a modem for the internet but i am having issues with that to it starts to make the data call but fails. Also i want to know where i can get some good free programs for the pda. OO One more thing my xp pro when the pda is plugged into sems to jitter more (when i typed that word and this parenthese it jittered y is the device doing that?)
