Hp 4150 - Total PDA Forum

Hp 4150

Hi, replaced my main battery (with "back-up" internal battery showing 100% charge) and unit has re-set to factory!! hard re-set - any ideas how this could have happened? - should has saved my settings etc, any help please.

Sounds like your backup battery is faulty.
