Unlock prompt while cradled - how annoying...

Hi
Am i the only one who feels that having setup a password, you want it to timeout and lock in case you leave it on a train etc but in the circumstance where it's cradled/connected to Active Sync - you DONT want it locking every 5mins because then you cannot set it to automatically check emails view upcoming appointments. Setting a password every day upon leaving the office is tedious...

Has anyone got a solution to this because at the moment it's either:
a) Remove the lock password and risk all data accessible if stolen
b) Just keep it connected to USB to charge during the day but unable to leave it cradled and showing information.

Poor, poor, poor design. Surely active sync running should disable the "every 'n' minute lock/unlock" prompt...
Thanks - if there is no solution to this, i might as well sell the stupid thing as its fairly useless unless it can be locked away from cradle but kept unlocked while in it's cradle.

The credant app on my hx2790 (WM5) has an option to set lock conditions. One of them is something like locking whilst charging and syncing.

Some versions I've seen say lock after x and have a tick box unless in use - which syncing is using.

This solved mine locking when using tomtom, which is royal PITA to unlock on a motorway!
