IPAQ won't play video

Are there any procedures I should follow to play video on my IPAQ RX1950? (The file is stored on an SD card)

I know that music files won't play on media player unless they are stored in a folder called "My Documents", so I saved the Video file there also, but Media player cannot seem to find it.

Does anyone also know what video file formats are supported?
