Setting up new email account ipaq 114

I bought the ipaq 114 earlier this week, first PDA i've had. And have been pleased with it. The only thing is i just cant set up a new email account.

When i open up the messaging programme and i get the option to select an account, and there is an option that says 'tap to setup a new account', but when i tap it it takes me into outlook email with a blank inbox/outbox. It just wont take me to the setup stage at all.

I use a web based account and have the IMAP and SMTP server names all readyto go.

If anyone can offer any help you'd make my day.
