Hp ipaq 114 media player problem

For some reason my windows media player on my ipaq 114 cant locate my storage card. i can get the music to play by going on "menu" then the "open file" option on the libary window. However the libary on my ipaq cant find the music on my storage card when i click "library" in the top left corner. A while ago it offered me a choice between device and storage card but now only "device" is an option.

Also when i try to update the library the ipaq will find all the tracks however when it gets to the point were it has to add the files it doesnt work.

If i havent explained this correctly please say but if anyone can help in any way please do.
