anyone know how to hard reset it

i 4got the password and cant get hold of seller

Welcome to our forums.
Press and hold the Calender, iTask and reset buttons for about 5 secs then let go and then press the reset button on its own.

You can hold the power button and do a soft reset at the same time. This works on my 4150
