Pocket PC and Motorla

Hello everyone!
I have a HP 4355 Pocket PC and just purchased a Motorola V710 mobile phone. The phone came with a Sandisk Transflash Adapter to be able to transfer data. Does anyone know how to copy the contact list from the Pocket PC to this card for transfer? Or copy the contact list to any temporary card? The phone comes with bluetooth but is very limited. Any help would be great!

I've never used either of the devices you have.
Can't you use Activesync to transfer the contacts to your PC then use Motorolas SW to transfer them to your phone?
