Question Probs setting up internet connection

Hi there,

I've recently bought myself an HP ipaq 3715 and love it to pieces. However, I'm really stuck on how to get connected to the internet. Call me thick, but I've read the manual back to front and basically I still don't get what to do. It is way too techinical and even though I am computer literate, for once I really don't understand how to set it all up.

I would like to try and set up MSN Messenger and access my emails, but I don't know how to do this. I am starting uni later in the year and will have access to Wi Fi at the campus, which will be useful. I have heard you can get a Bluetooth card as well, but would I really need this?

If anyone can help advise me what I exactly I need to to or get I would be grateful, but can you put it in plain English and not jargon, my poor brain can't take any more!

Hmm, well at the moment I'm not sure. I was thinking more about Wi Fi rather than Bluetooth to be honest as I know my uni has Wi Fi connections, but I need also to know if I am required to purchase any particular cables / equipment to do this.

Any Suggestions? Sorry to be a pain, but I'm so used to working with a full size computer, so handhelds are new to me

Gemma xx

u dont need to buy anything else for the Ipaq 3715 cus it has bluetooth and wifi card built in.....if u have ur using a wireless router at home for ur pc, u can connect to that.....bluetooth is mainly for connecting to ur mobile fone and access through that via wap..

with wifi, if u turn it on ur ipaq...it will automatically search for any nearby wireless signals and will ask u if u want to connect to it.....also,it will ask u to enter a password if the wireless hotspot is protected
