4150/Vodaphone/Donhost

Ok I'm totally exasperated and I really hope someone here can help! I'm a total novice with Pocket PC's and when I was with 02 it took weeks to get my email and bluetooth working with my ipaq.

I have now moved over to vodaphone and my email host has changed - now I can't even get the bluetooth connection working between my phone and ipaq - let alone get email and internet working.

Can anyone help me? Please use simple terminology as I'm really not that clued up!

Go to www.vodafone.co.uk and click on "Get more from your mobile" then click on "Internet on the move" then "Set up your PDA".
