IPAQ 6340 SIM Card Storage

I have just bought the 6340 and put my SIM card in from my O2 phone. There was doubles of contacts etc so I removed the card and cleared it of all contacts(backing them up beforehand).

I made a definitive contact list in my contacts and the IPAQ works fine.

The problem is this. I need to put my SIM into my smaller mobile when away from work, how do I ensure my contacts are moved to the SIM card?
