Editting Today panel - help!

How do you change the items that appear on the "Today" screen? I've found how to move and change position of icons, but how do I add another "shortcut" to the today screen?

BTW I'm running pocket PC 2003 on HP 2110.
Hope someone out there can help.

TODAY shortcuts are built into the installer of applications, it's not something you can set up yourself.
