Soft Rest

Press the reset button on the back.

Hard reset

Hold the bottom left and right buttons on the PDA, while doing this press the soft reset button at the back with the stylus pen. Hold this in place till your PDA screen goes blank (normally a couple of seconds)

If you don't have a blank screen when you have done this, you didn't hold down the trio long enough!
