hx4700 no sound without Tomtom 5

Tight Fart is on a distinguished road
Red face hx4700 no sound without Tomtom 5

Upgraded to Tomtom % and now the sound doesn't work unless tomtoms running

click on start- > settings -> personal and sound and notifications make sure you have a tick in the box for programs.

Yes, thanks, all ticked but no sound unless tomtom running.

When you are not running TomTom is your volume up full? I always turn the volume right down on mine but when I run TomTom it automatically puts the volume up then back down when I close it.

HI THERE, I JUST INSTALLED TOM TOM 5 ON MY HX4700 AND NOTICED THAT NO SOUND TOO.

TRY CLICKING ON THE SPEAKER SYMBOL ON THE TASK BAR AT THE TOP. THIS SHOULD BRING DOWN THE VOLUME CONTROL AND YOU WILL NOTICE THAT THE MUTE BUTTON IS SELECTED. WHY THIS IS I DO NOT KNOW, BUT IT WORKS FOR ME....GOOD LUCK
