£ sign on HP ipad hx4700

When entering text using the screen keyboard on my HX4700, shift+3 gives the # symbol and shift+2 is @. I suspect this is the american keyboard layout. Is there anyway of changing the keyboard layout to a european/uk keyboard or how do I get a £ sign.

I've just noticed you use the 'au'button (beside ctl) to get various symbols, but my query stil stands. Can you change the keyboard to a European/UK layout?
