Default h2210 & the internet

can someone advise me please.
i have an h2210 & i wondered how it faired on the internet.
i have a perfectly good pc with broadband at home, but thought i'd like to get connected on my iPAQ & "kick back in a comfy armchair" without that whole "sit in the back bedroom in an uncomfortable chair type thing"!
if it is any good, should i purchase a CF 56k modem or a bluetooth modem?
finally (& excuse my ignorance) would my internet time be free through my broadband connections?

If you use a modem then you will incur call charges depending on the number you dial to access the internet. You could use Bluetooth if you have a Bluetooth dongle on your PC. Have a look @ http://www.geekzone.co.nz/content.asp?contentid=1421 for a guide on settings it up. If you do it this way you will not be charged for anything other than your usual broadband fee.

It works but slow. I use mine to get headers and then if the message looks urgent I then download the rest. The program I use is Connect2internet, this is a simple program to connect. I use my Nokia as a modem and this in turn uses GPRS (you must have this service provided by your phone company eg O2). Use can also use the same program to connect to the web, but very slow, bt it does work. If I acn be of any further use call me mick.perkins@blueyonder.co.uk. Hope this helps Cheers
