HP ipaq or Palmone Lifedrive?????

Hi Guys,
I am a student looking to buy a PDA. I have saved up around £300 and was wondering which i should go for. Stuff magazine has rated the Palm Lifedrive as number 1, but i wanted to use office applications on the pocket pc, yet the lifedrive has 4 gb memory which is a big thing. I was wondering which one would suit me. A lifedrive, an ipaq hx4700 or RX3715.

I will be using it for word processing using microsoft software, presentations, MP3s, wireless web surfing, bluetooth connectivity, some gaming here or there. Please help me decide.
