Red face HX2110 Internet & E-mail through Bluetooth via mobile Phone

I have tried to get on to the internet and set up my e-mail on my PDa and have found it to be quite a difficult thing to do. I want to connect to the internet via bluetooth on my mobile telephone. I have set it up as per what my mobile phone provider has told me to do yet when I come to internet explorer and when I enter a URL it states

you were denied access because; access denied by access control list

I want to set up e-mail through my PDA as well I havent started to look at this yet but have been told by my mobile phone provider that I need to use their address to receive them. Sorry if I am being vague but I am fairly new to all of this and it seems that Vodafone have done all they can for me and it is now a PDA problem?

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks for your response Charlie, I had found that article previously and used it to set myself up and it is the same info that my mobile phone provider gave me. The problem seems to be that after I connect and then go into internet explorer it comes up with the fault listed? Thought I would see if anyone else had the same problem and would be able to give me a quick fix but it seems that I may have to wait for HP to sort it out.

If you do a Google on the error there are loads of results on it, you may find something relevant that way.
