HP HW6500 / HW6515 - tomtom please help !

Just recived my HP HW6515 and although comes with a cut down version of Tom Tom decided to install the full version with the UK maps.
Installed the software fine, but it says it cant get a valid GPS signal (waiting for a valid signal - its outside so should pick it up), although under GPS status it shows a signal. I have played about in the settins as to which GPS antenna to use and when its on internal it at least tries to find something. If you try another setting it comes up with GPS invalid (or words to that effect) Any help appreciated

Welcome to our forums.
If you have selected the internal GPS receiver then it should pick up a signal fine but it can take a while if it's the first time you've used it?
