Ipaq 2210 interferance

Hi,

I have an Ipaq 2210 with a wired Tom Tom 3 + a Seidio car mount. The whole system has worked fine for many months, however of recent I have noticed that there is some 'interferance' noise coming through the speaker.

I have also noticed that the interferance sound only comes through when the battery is fully charged.

The good people at Seidio have replaced the car charger / holder and the problem still exists.

Has anyone seen this problem before and if so is it a sign that the battery is on its way out? I have seen no other signs of battery degradation, however the Ipaq battery itself is probably 2yrs old.

If so can you purchase the batteries seperate and if so do Total PDA stock them - can't see them on your site?
