ipaq 6340 - 'no gps device'

Charlie, I see you responded to 'gribblewok' regarding this. I have the same problem, which I somehow sorted once but don't know how, and since my battery ran flat and I lost all my settings, so back to square one. I have set up a pairing with the gps device (none Tom Tom) but it doesn't seem to find it when I start Tom Tom. I'm sure it's a simple setting somewhere but can't find it, any advice please.
