HP 2210 SD Card Prob

Hello all,

I have a problem with my SD Slot. I bought TT Navigator 5 and found that it would not install. Further investigation showed that the SD slot does not appear to work as File Explorer does not show the existance of a card.

Have tried TT card in a friends PDA where it works fine, and have tried another SD card in both PDAs and it still does not show in mine.

Any ideas as to what I can do to rectify this.

(My friend transferred the prog onto a CF card which works and have managed to load the software etc)

Welcome to our forums.
Check the SD slot for any debris/dust etc that may stop it from working. Contact HP to arrange a repair if it proves to be faulty.

Cleaned of any dust etc. Have contacted HP support who just say do a soft reset, then a hard reset. Neither work.
Been all over the HP web site but can't find any numbers for repair. Does anyone have any leads?
