Synchronisation and Outlook

Recently purchased an HP2790 from Total PDA. Set it up as per instructions and it synched with my PC's outlook email box OK. Then set up the PDA to use bluetooth access to web so I could send and receive email via mobile. Took ages to sort but got it now. Problem is that my default outlook email box and settings on the PDA wont send or receive mail, they will only download off the PC when I synch. I have had to set up another email account on the PDA and enter all the settings to send and receive mail from my ISP. Problem is that the new email account won't synch with my PC's outlook email account so the data on the PDA and PC are never the same. Is it possible to synch two email accounts off the PDA to one on a PC or how do I change the default settings on the outlook default email account to make it work. You don't seem to be able to access and edit them, the autosynch program set them all at the initial instalation phase.
